In this short class I will tell you more about the invisible support we receive from the unseen world. How you recognize them, how to communicate with them and what is the difference between their different energies.

In 4 evenings I will take you through the different aspects of your Base chakra. So that you will stand firmly on the Earth again, fully balanced. Inspired by the beautiful method of Chakradance, we will do exercises and meditations, sitting and moving.
You will learn the wisdom of your body, feel what sound can do, we will really connect with Mother Earth and make a meditative journey with our personal power animal.

In deze fijne workshop van 3 uur voelen we deze aartsengelen op een andere manier, namelijk door dans. We bewegen intuïtief en verbinden ons met de frequentie van iedere engel.
